Delivery Times
Every ZacBe piece is handcrafted with care by our artisans in Mexico. Most of our jewelry is made to order and ships within 3–4 weeks.
If your piece is marked "Ready to Ship", it will usually be dispatched within 2 business days.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us at zacbetulum@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Information

Mexico: Standard shipping within Mexico is free for orders over MXN $5,000. Below this amount, a shipping fee will be placed depending on your location.

International: International orders are shipped via DHL. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For international orders, free shipping will be available for orders over MXN $20,000.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to you.
Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Zac Be is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
At Zac Be, each piece is created with soul and intention. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 natural days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

Custom orders, personalized pieces, earrings, and sale items are not eligible for return.
- Your piece arrived damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please email us at zacbetulum@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If your piece arrived damaged or defective, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

We will carefully review your request. If the exchange is approved, we will cover all related costs.
If you’d like to exchange your piece for personal reasons (e.g., you'd prefer something else), we’re happy to assist—however, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
As with returns, custom orders, earrings, and sale items are not eligible for exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that when shipping the package, the shipping information can not mention that the pieces have feathers since they will be detained at customs and ZacBe will not be responsible for detained packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Some banks may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
