Shipping

We want you to have your ZacBe as soon as possible, so in-stock items will be shipped 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

For pre-order items, the time specified on the product page is the maximum time we'll take for producing and shipping your ZacBe. There is no pick up delivery for pre-order items.

Shipping Costs

México:

- $200.00 MXN for orders under $1,899.00 MXN.

- Enjoy FREE shipping for orders equal or over $1,900.00 MXN. 

North & South America:

- $400.00 MXN or approximately $20.00 USD for orders under $6,999.00 or approximately $350.00 USD.

- Enjoy FREE shipping in your orders equal or over $7,000.00 MXN or approximately $350.00 USD.

 Rest of the World:

- $600.00 MXN or approximately $30.00 USD for orders under $8,499.00 or approximately $425.00 USD.

- Enjoy FREE shipping in your orders equal or over $8,500.00 MXN or approximately $425.00 USD.

For domestic (in Mexico) orders packages will arrive to your door via Estafeta, DHL or Fedex, for international orders via DHL or Fedex.

Orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days (that is excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

*During peak season, the 4 to 7 days period can be extended to 14 business days (that is excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”
